Hi Guys. Renaissance season is closing, and we're all hibernating for the Yule/Xmas celebrations.
BUT, swinging round the north pole of the year like some kid that spun round a lamp-post is.....
THE NEW RENFEST SEASON!!!!
WOOHOO.
And this year, for the first time in the lives of myself and my gorgous wife, the RENFEST is SERIOUS.
We plan to do ten renfests in 2009, and sell my circlets and Karla's jewelry. We'll be knackered at the end of it, and my scottish lilting voice will be hoarse from crying- "roll up, roll up, and get your wonderful celtic circlets here!", but it'll be worth it, because we'll meet some great folks out there, who'll become our friends forever.
And hopefully, we'll get to the end of the year with a few more dubloons than we started with.
Roll on RENFEST 2009! I say.
